Join our circus at Trust for a lovely kids yoga & art class inspired by Animals.

What to expect:

–       A fun warming-up with voice & movement

–       Several playful yoga poses

–       Making water paintings inspired by music & animals

–       A mindful healthy snack made by Trust

–       A short creative guided meditation

Teachers:

JONG YOGA by Emmelie Zipson brings yogaclasses to schools, events and at home.

She turns the yoga lessons into small parties where the children are able to create their own playground that stimulate their wellbeing and creativity.

 The Kidspiration Club by Roxanne Dekker, is a History of Art Atelier for kids where inspiration meets creation. A place where ‘bad art’ doesn’t exist.

Our guidance for this class will be HIRAMEKI; intuitive drawings made of paint splatters.
